Troy is survived by his mother, Annabelle Patterson Scott, Sisters; Janice K. Ataiyero and Saphronia A. Drake; Brothers-in-law, Adeyemi A. Ataiyero & Paul A. Drake and their children; Kayce T. Ataiyero, Winston B. Drake, Aaron A. Ataiyero, Anthonia A. Ataiyero & Jessica Y. Drake. He is also survived by his Grandmother, Saphronia A. Scott; Uncle, Earl R. Scott and a host of family in Bedford and Lynchburg, Virginina.
